Delivery Times

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 1–3 business days
- US & Canada: 2–4 business days
- Rest of the World: 2–5 business days

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped via trusted express couriers including UPS and FedEx Express, at no extra cost to you.

Processing Time

Each rug is custom made-to-order. Please allow standard processing time for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Packaging

Every rug is shipped securely wrapped in a durable, translucent protective covering to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Gift Orders

Ordering as a gift? Let us know in the order notes at checkout and we will gift-wrap your rug at no additional cost.
